Terms and Conditions for IndianJobsOnline.com new Entrants/Applicants
- The applicant is required to read thoroughly and understand the terms and conditions, policies, procedures, code of ethics and business opportunities of the company as given below. This application/agreement form is considered as an authentic and legally binding document. This contract is between the applicant (herein after referred to as member) and IndianJobsOnline.com PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as Company).
- If the applicant agrees to adhere to and abide by the conditions mentioned hereunder, he/she shall become a member on payment of the prescribed membership fee to the company by way of a crossed demand draft.
- The applicant should have completed minimum 18 years of age and shall be competent to enter into contract as provided in the Indian Contract Act.
- Fees is non refundable under any circumstances.
- The person who is registered with the company shall be registered as IndianJobsOnline.com member. He/ She shall be allotted with unique IndianJobsOnline.com Pvt. Ltd. Membership Code. A member should always quote his/her IndianJobsOnline.com code number while corresponding with the company.
- This is to provide certain benefits to members. Those who help in forming network with internet services and also to the members joined for internet services.
- The company shall pay Rs. 50,000/- as non working Benefits and these benefits are related to the growth of company.
- The member is entitled to search and find jobs through our job website. If the member is not interested he/she may nominate any other person at his/her convenience to user our internet based services.
- Every member of the company is expected to be sincere to commitments and be ready to put efforts towards the promotion of our employment service & internet services.
- The registration fee may be paid in cash or in the form of bank DD in favor of IndianJobsOnline.com Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur.
- A member shall be entitled to receive commissions and other incentives as applicable at the given time, subject to fulfillment of terms and conditions of company.
- The company shall amend terms and conditions, rules and regulations and commissions and incentives as required such changes shall be only implemented after duly approved by the Board of direction of the company.
- All the commissions, incentive and security amount of the member shall solely depend upon joining of members in the company.
- Confirmation as a member or achieving the target of various level i.e. Leader, Team Leader, Star, Silver, Gold, Diamond Honorary Directors etc. does not create any employer/ employee relationship, agency partnership or joint venture between the member and the company.
- The member will not have any right/authority to incur any debit/ liabilities/ obligation for and on behalf of company unless duly authorized in written.
- The company reserves the right to suspend/ terminate and forfeit the dues/ commissions/ incentives on the ground of deliberate damage to the name of company, quality of instructions, recognition of diploma/certificates issued assets etc, of the company by the member. The termination/ suspension shall be duly approved by general body meeting of the company.
- Whenever a member is suspended, his/her suspension shall be imposed for a certain period, during the suspension period the member shall not be allowed to participate in any development activities / programmers of the company. However he/she shall be fully authorized to continue his/her computer learning.
- Once a member is terminated/suspended He/She is not allowed to attend seminars, functions and to use the logos or symbols, pins and badges as awarded by the company.
- In case of any dispute/ grievances between member and the company the same shall be place before the general body meeting. The decision taken by the general body meeting shall be treated as final & binding on all the issues.
- Upon death of a member the IndianJobsOnline.com codes shall stand transferred to the nominee mentioned in the registration form, who will be entitled to receive all benefits. This will be done on submission of death certificate and other necessary documents from the appropriate authority to the company along with filled registration forms of nominee.
- All the payments due to the IndianJobsOnline.com members shall be made between 5th to 15th days of every month under normal circumstances.
- The Company shall deduct TDS and other taxes as and when applicable at the time of payment.
- The member not receiving special monthly income shall not be entitled to receive any benefits other than non working benefits Rs. 50000 + Bonus given in prospectus. The members joined during this period shall not be counted for any achievements.
- The board of directors reserve right to suspend/ terminate the membership of any member, if a member or spouse or dependent children found indulged in anti company activities.
- The company shall deduct 1.0% administrative charges and members security on all benefits.
- No payment shall be released without Bank account number and PAN number under normal circumstances.
- All the commissions mentioned in the prospectus shall be calculated on Rs. 3500/-
- All the disputes are shall be subject to Jaipur (Rajasthan) jurisdiction only.
- As per the policy of the company any person can join the company for employment service and no person is allowed to join the company for investment purpose. However a person can take more than one code to give benefits of internet employment service to other needy person. A person joining at more than one code shall produce affidavit on Ten Rupees stamp paper signed by notary public in this regard.
